Founded in 2012 by Mr. Sridhar Balaram, Intech Additive Solutions Pvt Ltd is the first Indian Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to develop and supply Metal 3D Printers. With a management team having over three decades of rich experience in metallurgy and component machining, Intech has transformed into a leading solutions provider in Metal Additive Manufacturing (AM) systems and AM Software.

Partnered with DMG MORI

Launch of AMBuilder with Distortion Prediction

Build Processing software for the iFusion series of machines with an intuitive workflow and intelligent features.

2020
Launch of iFusion SF machine

High-performance Small Format Metal 3D Printer indigenously designed and developed.

New revenue stream for Intech. Various customer parts were redesigned for AM, printed, and tested.

2021
Launch of iFusion LF machine

High-performance Large Format Metal 3D Printer indigenously designed and developed.

3D printed part with Super-Alloy CM 247LC for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited

First-in-India printing of large part on the LF series machine with the crack-prone CM 247LC superalloy.

Launch of 3D printed Flow Reactor System

Flow reactors are designed to enable manufacturers to perform chemical reactions in flow, under a diverse range of operating conditions with excellent process control.
