Looking for a Content Writer in both technical and marketing content writing with InDesign skills. In this role, the writer will closely work with Product and Customer Success teams to deliver impactful product documentation, onboarding guides, and marketing copy who understands content creation for a brand/product and has a proactive & flexible approach when working in a team.


  • Take the time to understand the depth and breadth of the product suite, and stay well updated on the product category
  • Work closely with the product team to understand new products and write the supporting onboarding documentation
  • Understand the brand’s content marketing strategy and proactively explore ways to put this into action through all our touchpoints
  • Product well-research content, high-quality, and compelling content across the website, app, blog, social media, digital ads, videos, infographics, emailers, and other requirements.
  • Proof-check and edit copy sourced from external writers to ensure depth & quality
  • Build a creative language that best emotes and adhere to the brand values & tonality
  • Take ownership for consistency of brand tonality across all touchpoints – online, offline, and internal
  • Lead and convert best brand communication practices, which create an exceptional user experience
  • Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results with help from the team
  • Create icons and illustrations/visual designs for using in both online and offline collateral designs
  • Make video content with an aim to increase public engagement with the Brand
  • Edit Interviews and Testimonial Videos as part of Brand Marketing
  • Take ownership of work & meet deadlines 


  • Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio/work sample
  • An impeccable grasp of the English language (adhering to US grammar)
  • Excellent writing and reading skills
  • Great research skills, attention to detail & time management
  • Be open to feedback when working with a team
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Qualifications-Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field with copywriting experience will be an advantage.

Job Title: Sales Executive/ Territory Executive

Location: Pune

Experience: 1 – 5 years

The candidates will be required to develop business in the allocated territory with responsibilities including lead generation, mapping large existing customers, sales forecast, negotiation, and closure.

Candidate should be number driven and result oriented individual.


Approach potential customers with the aim of winning new business. Candidate will also maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails. Candidate should be open to travel.

  • Researching the market and related products.
  • Presenting the product or service in a structured professional way.
  • Gathering market and customer information.
  • Understanding the customer requirements and presenting a customized product.
  • Setting up the appointments and scheduling the meetings, Technical Discussions & Showcase technical capabilities with the clients for metal 3D Printing

Skill Requirement:

  • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for generating new business. Generating new sales leads.
  • Coordinating with the tech support team & Regional manager for strategizing the deals & discussing the prospective leads.
  • Initializing the sales and closing the deal.
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
  • Conducting Follow-up’s till the deal gets closed.
  • Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.
  • Post sales activity: Billing & Collection, liaising with operations team to check the progress of existing orders.
  • Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
  • Achieving the Quarterly Targets, Half-Yearly and Yearly targets.
